Dining outdoors is so cool that I just can’t resist doing that every time possible, and if you are like me, you definitely need a cool dining zone outdoors. Don’t know how to furnish your outdoor dining area? First of all, define your style and then choose the décor you want. I have some ideas of cool furniture for various dining zones outdoors, let’s get started.
Dining Table
For a modern space, you can choose a laconic wooden table on metal legs, a raw edge dining table with rough legs, a Lucite one on metal legs. There are minimal versions of concrete, and this is very cool as it’s not only trendy but also durable. Wooden tables, especially rustic and shabby ones, can fit many types of outdoor spaces, from shabby chic to Mediterranean ones. Want something whimsy? Go for a cool swinging set of a table and chairs, both adults and kids will be excited. My favorite idea is a table with a planter in the center: this way you can grow herbs and take them for food, and it also brings a cool natural look to your space.

Benches
Benches are often used for dining spaces because they can accommodate a lot of people and things if needed. If you have a small space, opt for a bench with storage space inside and cover it with upholstery or pillows. You can choose a concrete bench but upholster it as it may be cold to sit, or go for a wooden bench, which can easily fit many outdoor spaces and will be easy to hide under the table when not used. If the bench seems uncomfy or not soft to you, you can cover it with cushions or just upholster them.

Dining Chairs
Dining chairs indoors and outdoors should differ – you should take weather conditions and possible rain into consideration. Metal chairs are optimal, they are durable and can be renovated by you easily. Wooden chairs are very comfy and fit many types of outdoor zones, and you can also opt for various modern materials, which are also very long-lasting and have cool eye-catchy shapes. The chairs may contrast with the table in shape and materials to make a trendy statement.
