Double height ceilings are a fantastic feature for any modern home: they allow to get large windows and lots of natural light inside connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces and letting you enjoy the views. But how to decorate those double-height walls that you get? Here are some ideas to fill them in with style.
Windows
The most popular solution is windows as they bring a lot of natural light and decorative value turning your room into a very appealing space that welcomes. If you already have double-height windows, just style them with some cool drapes or nothing at all – it depends on the style you have and the amount of light you get. If you have usual windows and double-height ceilings, just add another row of windows on top of those that you have or a large clerestory window, for example, and the effect will be no worse than with double-height ones.
