Hilden & Diaz were inspired by the drawings of Ernst Haeckel and, as I think, by the works of Edgar Allan Poe and Salvador Dali, for creation of this Forms in Nature chandelier. The chandelier looks not like a light source but also reminds of some art work due to the mirroring effect, and the artwork reflects dense foliage that forms a 360 degrees circle around the light source. When the light is further intensified, the entire space gets engulfed in the shadows of trees and bushes, weak Rorschach-like hints of faces. Complete surrealism and a flow of consciousness. Would you dare to hang this piece in your room?
