Carcary Residence is a revamped dream cottage by Nest Designs in Florida, and was originally built in 1940s. The owners spent six years renovating the 1,500 square foot, two bedroom, two bathroom home. They painted floors, gutted and remodeled the bathrooms and the kitchen, converted the detached garage into a fitness studio and “man room,” and gave the entire house a dreamy, all-white makeover. The interior became very charming, every detail is thought over here – from vintage furniture to beach-inspired accessories, which are used because the house is situated just steps away from the bay. The colors are light, warm and look water-washed – the beach theme is continued here; the light and decorative accents highlight the style very well.
