Located in a Los Angeles suburb’s mountainside, the town home became a bachelor’s dream with its comfortable, modern vibe. The owner knew that he gravitated towards a modern and minimalist aesthetic, but couldn’t figure out exactly what he wanted. Working with SHIALICE allowed him to discover both modern and mid-century works he could appreciate over time and recognize the investment value of purchasing authentic work. Split over two floors, the 2,000 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom build came with the most inexpensive fixtures and finishes and the owner purchased it knowing he was going to customize the entire space once he owned it.
