In the conditions of lack of space not every zone and space you want can be accommodated. A breakfast nook is a great space to enjoy your mornings while having a meal and talking to your family but not everyone can have one, so what to do? Go for a breakfast bar! A breakfast bar is a smaller area that doesn’t take that much space, so it can be squeezed even into a small kitchen. There are several ideas of making such a breakfast bar, let’s take a look at the coolest ones.
Windowsill Breakfast Bar
A windowsill is a good piece to use it as a breakfast table or just for meals and drinks. Make a large windowsill if possible and add a couple of stools for comfortable sitting. The windowsill can be not only in the kitchen – you may take any other space, for example, a balcony. Add potted greenery and flowers here and there and voila – you have an amazing breakfast bar with a view and much natural light. Wow!

Wall-Mounted Breakfast Bar
A wall-mounted table or tabletop is a great idea for a tiny space, it’s a suitable for even the smallest space solution. Attach a tabletop anywhere you want and add stools, that’s all you need to do. To make the space even more functional, think of a foldable wall-mounted tabletop. Highlight the zone with pendant lamps and lights, add a chalkboard sign or wall to highlight it and place some greenery around to visually separate the space.

Kitchen Island Breakfast Bar
Use your tiny kitchen island as a breakfast bar! It may be a great idea to save much space – just have meals there when it’s not in use for cooking. There are also cool kitchen islands with a raised tabletop part for using it as a bar – this is exactly what you need to save some space and still get a bar. You may also build in a tabletop somewhere you like to use less floor space and add stools there. Have a look at some ideas we’ve prepared!
