Designers Elin Carlsten and Elisabeth Thostrup presented two original industrial pieces of furniture. The first one is called Reel Cabinet, it’s inspired by the old barn door. This is a cabinet with large wheels that control the doors. The second piece is called Tie Desk, it’s inspired by envelopes that were invented in New York in 1880. Tie Desk is for home office, by wrapping the strap around the metal buttons the Tie Desk opens or closes. Both pieces are connected by wheels and would look stylish together. The colors – olive green and bright blue – make them look modern.
