This roomy kitchen is situated in a 1846 Victorian in London and was created by deVOL Kitchens, which make traditional ones, and this time is no exception.
The floors and the ceiling are covered with light-colored wooden planks with a rustic look to make the space cozier, while the kitchen color is green and the walls are kept in the same shade to make the décor more harmonious.
The kitchen model is called Shaker, and it features beautifully understated furniture inspired by authentic Shaker carpentry, renowned for its functionality, innovative joinery and craftsmanship. Mortise and tenon joints give strength to our Shaker doors and fascia whilst modular production keeps prices down. Doors and fascias are all made from a hardwood called tulipwood, whilst cabinets are constructed from a high grade birch plywood; a strong and water resistant material, ideal for shaker kitchens of utility designed for contemporary living. A final coat of paint applied by hand and lovely handles and knobs finish off a timeless painted shaker kitchen which will endure on style and function for many years to come.
The backsplash is covered with marble, and the lamps are vintage with an industrial feel. There’s an antique cupboard, a vintage sofa and some beautiful vintage artworks that really take us to the Victorian England.
