Minimalist design will be popular for a long time because it’s simple and comfortable in using – that’s what a modern person needs. Young Dutch designer Marc Th. van der Voorn created such a piece for Odesi – these are two minimalist sidetables called Pi & Up. The tray of 40 x 60 cm gives you some extra space for you needs, besides it’s a magazine holder – you can stack them on the legs and newspapers can be rolled up and stored through the legs. Up has interesting legs – they are wing-like, and subtle details such as the visible screw heads and space between the two legs, while Pi has a simply stylish design that needs no additions or details. The tables are available in matte black and with a white or red tabletop.
