Conversation table is usually stylish, minimalist and simple in design. Stitch Table by Uhuru Design is not of that kind, it’s an absolutely new idea of how a conversation table should look like. The top is made of a wooden slab with a naturally occurring split, the parts of which are held together by four stitches made of recycled plastic that symbolize a consensus in any conversation or argument. The base is made of powder coated blackened steel, the contrast between the colored steel and stitches is really striking. This table would be an original beginning of the conversation and kind of an object of postmodern art.
