Furniture
A red furniture item, even just one, may make a bold statement in a neutral or not very neutral space. As for bedrooms, these are usually beds or nightstands. You may take your usual bed and paint it a desired shade of red or upholster it with some red fabric – this is an easy DIY project and you’ll get a new furniture item. The same goes to nightstands – you may find a ready one or spruce up an old piece using some paint. Some other ideas are red benches and chairs – if there’s enough space for them in your bedroom, why not rock one? Don’t be excessive with red furniture, you don’t want it to overwhelm the space, just make an accent.
