This décor of a kitchen in a Madrid house reminds us of summer, smartly mixing retro style with industrial touches. It’s open to the dining room so it’s perfect for family dinners and having guests. Amazing idea was to make iron and glass lacquered sliding doors to connect the kitchen to the dining room – this way there’s much light and the space seems clean and unobstructed. The furniture is of white oak, with stainless steel surfaces; the kitchen island is a divider between the kitchen and the dining room and brings more space for storing. An interesting detail of the kitchen look is iron pillars that remained after the renovation of the house and a wall with blackboard paint finish which plays on contrast with white walls and cabinets.
