Linea Cot aims to be around for a long time as it goes from a newborn crib, to a regular crib, to a toddler bed, and eventually to a two-seater sofa that can be used in a bedroom or even a playroom. So, as your child grows up, so does their furniture. Its durable solid oak frame is given a natural lacquer, while its softly sloped sides give nod to mid-century style with a modern feel.
Combining traditional craft and innovative techniques and processes, these elements result in superb craftsmanship and shapes. This boat like cradle is made from cane stalks that are tied with nylon thread on a translucent light steel structure carved by hand. The cradle is removable with help from handles on either side making it easy to remove it from its base for use as a bed. Rose and white blanket cover included.
The Illeta crib includes a large cabinet with more room to store clothes. It can also be updated for new purposes as children grow up. Other pieces in this collection include standalone cribs and beds, and a set of cushions and bed coverings made from patterned fabrics, so you can easily create a cool matching look.
The Snoo crib has microphones, speakers and sensors embedded into its structure. When it detects noise and agitated movement, the bed’s gentle rocking movement speeds up until its occupant drifts off back to sleep – meaning parents don’t have to rise. Snoo crib comes with an app that lets parents monitor and review their child’s sleep patterns. The data is collected and sent to their smartphone or tablet using a Wi-Fi connection.

Are you looking for nursery furniture that could stand the test of time and be used even after your baby starts growing? We have such a modular creation for you, called Rocky, and developed by Jäll & Tofta. The Rocky Modular Cradle can be turned around by 180° in order to transform it into a 140cm children bed, which will certainly be used for a few years to come, and help you save some money in the process. The bedrail, ready to provide extra safety, can be removed as your child grows, and the Rocky cradle will come with swinging support, at least for its initial purpose as a baby crib.
The Gradient Crib by Nursery Works is an oval piece created by machining a fluid surface out of solid Maple hardwood. A 3D skin generates the slats which form an asymmetrical organic surface that explores continuous movement with no visual end. Aluminum fasteners were attached into a small pocket underneath the top and bottom rail of the crib, giving a solid anchoring point for assembly while simultaneously hiding all screws from sight.
Car brand Ford has created a smart crib that aims to soothe babies to sleep by gently rocking and lighting up, to simulate a car journey. While it appears to be a normal crib, the Max Motor Dreams simulates the motion, engine noise and even the street lighting of a night‐time journey. A speaker in the bed plays engine sounds, its base rocks gently to mimic movement and the sides are lined with softly blinking LED lights designed to look like street lamps.
