They create protected from wind outdoor area where owners could spent some time in comfort. Living spaces are modestly sized in order to minimize energy using without losing in comfort. There isn’t any unnessasary rooms in houses and every room is used on daily basis. Although in order to response to the vast landscape the houses have large roofs. All compact houses are designed with using natural materials like wood and stone.
